Department Of Economics

Introduction

Pravara Medical Trust’s, Arts, Commerce & Science College established in 2013-14. The Department of Economics was started in 2017 in the college. The special courses were commenced in 2018. Three faculty members are working in Economics Department. The faculty members participate in various national and international seminars.
Economics Department provides knowledge of Economics subject & other carrier guidance, job guidance as well as opinion guidance at individual level for student. Also different types of budget are discussed under guidance of the central budget every year within the department.


1.To make student literate in Economics theories.
2.To make students aware of various fields such as statistical technic.
3.For our department’s students, we aware the real economic problems regarding financial crisis of world economy..
4.To train students to collect the primary data & techniques of selection of sample.
5.To give the solution of basic economic problem by statistical & econometrics methods.
6.To prompt to the students study of economic- model.
